What Kelsey is Using Now!

Skin type: Pretty normal, oily t-zone
Hair type: Lots. Thick and unruly!
Morning routine: I cleanse my face with lukewarm water and a clean muslin cloth. I follow-up with our Rose Toner (which is an absolute skin saver!) then apply our Wild Rose Beauty Elixir. The elixir adds major radiance to my skin (turmeric & wild rosehip!), even in Calgary's climate! Finally, I apply moisturizer and eye cream. I love our Rose Formula Hydrating Eye Cream - it targets fine lines and has such a lovely texture! I always finish getting ready with a swipe of our lipgloss - Damson is the perfect colour for winter!
Night routine: I take off my make-up with either Jojoba Oil or our Wild Rose Beauty Balm and a clean muslin cloth and then tone again. Once or twice a week I exfoliate with our Rose Facial Polish to revitalize dull skin (with no plastic microbeads!). I shower in the evenings so will reach for our Nurturing Rose Shampoo and Conditioner because they make my hair feel like I'm using something much more naughty. After the shower I apply a DIY facial oil - I combined jojoba oil, rosehip oil, apricot and calendula macerated oil with some of my favourite essential oils (like Frankincense, Palmarosa and Lavender). Then I slather more oil over the rest of my body, either jojoba or another DIY combo.I also indulge in a weekly goddess bath with rose petals, candles and a cup of tea!
Travel beauty essential: Wild Rose Beauty Balm! Couldn't go without it... and our Travel Ready to Roll, facial wipes and normal skincare kit. I'm not a very light packer.
Coffee or tea: Mushroom coffee, and then tea! I usually start my day with a delicious mushroom elixir (organic coffee, cacao, reishi, cinnamon, vanilla, raw honey and nut mylk) and then move to herbal teas for the rest of the day. I mix and match my tea selection based on the day and my mood.
Favourite superfood: Right now - bee pollen! What an amazing nutrient profile - I add it to my smoothies :)
What's on the menu for breakfast: I alternate between smoothies and chia pudding. Right now, I'm loving warmed chia pudding. I warm chia, coconut milk, cinnamon and vanilla and then top with everything seasonal (right now I'm combining pomegranate seeds, cranberries, bee pollen and cacao nibs!).
