* What qualifies for free shipping?

  • Orders over $99 after discounts, excluding taxes
  • Valid only on orders placed for delivery in Canada only. US orders are not eligible for free shipping.
  • For free shipping, ensure you select the ground shipping option. Expedited orders are not eligible for free shipping.

- Shipping rates are added to your order total once the order has been placed.

- Depending on the delivery method selected, some shipments may require a signature on delivery. Should you not be in, the parcel may be taken to the nearest Post Office or a re-delivery attempted the following day.

What should I expect after placing my order?

  • An order confirmation email after confirming your purchase;
  • A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can use this number to track your order directly through the selected shipping method;
  • Ground orders ship within 48 hours of purchase. Expedited orders ship within 24 hours of purchase;
  • Most orders arrive within 2-10 business days.

 

Canada Post Strike Update:

During this time, we will be relying on other carriers.

Orders destined for P.O. boxes, some remote locations cannot be delivered and may be cancelled.

If you live in an area only serviced by Canada Post, follow the steps below to ensure minimal disruptions to your deliveries:

  • If you typically ship to a PO Box, be sure to update your shipping address to a CIVIC address (i.e. a home or business or a friend/family member's home) - make sure to click "save and continue" when updating.
  • Double-check your shipping address in checkout, to ensure you've updated properly.

Please Note:

  • There is no impact on orders not destined for a P.O. box as we will be relying on other carriers.
  • Orders destined for some remote areas may require pick-up from the a UPS location nearest to your delivery address.
  • For orders already in the Canada Post network, please expect delays. Be advised that we cannot guarantee the timing of delivery with Canada Post during this time.
