You have a NORMAL SKIN type!
Normal skin has a healthy glow and is soft, smooth, and supple, and not prone to eruptions.
Skincare routine recommended for normal skin:
Try to avoid major changes in your skincare routine, exercise schedule, and diet as these can affect your skin. Practice safe sun and cover up! Keep alcohol to a minimum and don't smoke.
CLEANSE: Your skin requires a low-maintenance daily regime with regular cleansing with a cleanser meant for normal skin.
TONE: Toning helps remove excess dirt, traces of oil and makeup, correct and balance the pH of your skin, and helps control acne.
MOISTURISE: Use a light moisturiser twice a day to keep the skin looking clear and healthy. As you grow older, normal skin can become prone to dryness and therefore requires a richer moisturiser. Many life changes can also change your skin type, for example, pregnancy, with all of its hormonal shifts, can affect your skin and cause breakouts, dryness, redness or pigment changes. This is usually temporary and using gentle products will typically resolve this.
WEEKLY TREATMENTS: Apply a mask and exfoliate once or twice a week.
Our collection of products for normal skin would do wonders for your complexion.
Choose products with these ingredients for oily skin:
Exercise 4 times a week, mixing endurance and weight training to keep the blood flowing to your skin and removing toxins. Use natural deodorants to ensure that your pores and sweat glands aren't clogged so toxins can freely leave your system.
Eat foods with plenty of Omega-3 fatty acids like fatty fish, as well as foods with other beneficial fats and nutrients like avocados, seeds and nuts, and foods high in beta-carotene like sweet potatoes, red and yellow bell peppers, and, of course, carrots. Dark chocolate, green tea and even red wine (in moderation) can also benefit your skin!
