Black Friday Terms & Conditions

*Terms and conditions apply. Customers agree to abide by the below terms and conditions in order to participate in the Black Friday promotion. 

2024 Black Friday offer:

  • Valid from 14:00 MST on November 15, 2024 through 23:59 MST on December 3, 2024.
  • Customers can save 20% off the posted retail price by applying the discount code BF2024. This code also applies to sale items. Code is not combinable with any other offer, including loyalty points. 
  • Additional Black Friday promotions are in limited quantities and are available only while quantities last. Offers apply to orders as stated in the promotion, after discounts, before taxes and shipping. Excludes gift cards. Due to the limited nature of this offer, orders will not be adjusted to include the bundle if the promotion is not added to the cart. 
  • We reserve the right to change or modify this offer at any time.
  • One offer per customer.  Multiple orders placed by the same customer account, email address or mailing address are only eligible to receive one free gift during the sale period. Accordingly, your order may be adjusted. 
  • We reserve the right to limit, restrict or manually adjust an order if it is determined that a customer is attempting to circumvent this restriction by placing multiple orders in an attempt to receive multiple free gifts.
  • Quantities are limited and no substitutions will be offered once the quantity of gifts runs out.
  • Net cart value means the value of all products in your cart after discounts and before shipping and taxes.
  • No price adjustments for previous orders.
  • This offer can not be combined with any other offers.
  • Limited quantities available. No rainchecks.
  • No refunds or exchanges on any Black Friday purchase. 
  • If for any reason your order can't be fulfilled, you will be refunded.
  • If for any reason a product in your order can't be fulfilled, we will contact you and offer a substitution if one exists.  If no such substitution exists, you will be refunded for that product.
  • Due to high order volumes, orders may take up to 7 business days to process. Please note, this is a target and not a guarantee.
  • If your order is greater than $99 and you choose free shipping, please note that there may be increased shipping timelines associated with the Black Friday period.
