Deliciously Ella Sweet Protein Boost Smoothie!

Today we're sharing a delicious and easy summer smoothie recipe from the wonderfully inspiring Ella Woodward. Filled with health fats, protein and carbohydrates, this is perfect choice after your morning workout or as a healthy afternoon snack.

We love adding a scoop of our Organic Berry Complex or our Organic Coconut Oil for even more skin loving nutrients! Give this a try while peaches are still in season, we guarantee you'll love it!

Ingredients:

  • 2 small peaches 

  • About 100g of frozen blueberries

  • 150ml of almond milk (or any other plant based milk)

  • 2 tablespoons of shelled hemp seeds

  • 1 tablespoon of oats

  • 1 teaspoon of almond butter or tahini

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla powder

Directions:

Simply cut the peach flesh off the stone, then place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
